Chair Yoga - June Session

This 45 min , gentle, accessible class (total is 4 weeks) is designed for adults 55+ who want to improve mobility, balance, and overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment. Using a chair for seated and standing poses, we’ll focus on light stretching, joint health, breathwork, and relaxation. No prior yoga experience is needed—just come as you are and move at your own pace. Perfect for easing stiffness, building confidence, and feeling more energized in daily life.
